Maintenance Request

This form is for NON-EMERGENCY maintenance requests only.  If your issue IS an emergency, please call 716-883-4223  ext. 2 - IMMEDIATELY, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week!

Examples of emergencies (use your best judgement):

• water leak/drip in walls/ceilings
• no heat in winter or cold season
• no hot/cold water
• locked out of apartment ($25 penalty for service outside normal business hours)

If your issue is NOT an emergency, please use this form.

Note: Maintenance repairs will generally be conducted during normal business hours only - M-F, from 8:00 AM until 4:30 PM.  Also, scheduling of work within those hours may be subject to any other scheduling conflicts.

We will make every effort to contact you within 48 hours of your submission.  If you have not been contacted within 48 hours of submission, please resubmit, or contact maintenance directly.
